Bungee Classes are Coming to Sioux Falls!

We are adding Bungee classes starting December 31st! Jump, fly and bounce your way to music for a fun, full-body workout. Be the first to try bungee classes in town. Our first two classes are at:

December 31st at 1 PM

January 1st at 1 PM

Adult aerial bungee fitness classes in Sioux Falls now offered at South Dakota Aerial & Arts.

If you are an unlimited or limited member, watch your inbox for some special member-only bungee classes before the full public launch of bungee classes!

This week's Lyra Class is moving to 3 PM to accommodate the Winter Weekends performance

Reminder: Please sign up for classes on our website to save your spot. Classes with only one individual signed up are subject to being canceled.

Registration is open for the Black Hills Aerial Cup - March 1st - 3rd, 2024

This competition is open to students of all levels and ages. If you are interested in competing, chat with your coach and we can help with choreography, music cropping and fundraising. See Rules and Information HERE

Winter Weekends Performance Outside Washington Pavillion: 6:15 PM - 7:00 PM

Embrace downtown Sioux Falls and the holiday season by enjoying local entertainment, activities, and attractions for the whole family at Winter Weekends! We will be performing lollipop lyra for about 30 minutes - stop by and say hi!

Shoutout to Erica Mortensen, Chris Coughlin, Joey Colombi, and Katie Critzer for their phenomenal performances at the Comedy Benefit for Feeding South Dakota last weekend, organized by Brycen Flier. All of the local talent was amazing, and we were able to raise $370 for Feeding South Dakota!
