Bungee Fitness: Beginner-friendly, low-impact bounce workout using bungee cords. Ages 16+
Aerial Silks/Hammock: Aerial workout combining skills, sequences and conditioning on a suspended fabric- Kids & adult classes
Aerial Hoop: Aerial workout on a suspended metal hoop that combines dances, spins and sequencing - Teen & adult options
Strength & Stretch: A combination of yoga and strength training. Focuses on building strength for aerial and increasing flexibility/mobility
Summer Camps: Half-day camp sessions for kids 6+. Include aerial, bungee, flow arts and more.
