Bungee Fitness: Beginner-friendly, low-impact bounce workout using bungee cords. Ages 16+
Aerial Silks/Hammock: Aerial workout combining skills, sequences, and conditioning on fabric. Kids & adult classes
Aerial Hoop: Aerial workout on a metal hoop combining spins, transitions, and sequencing. Teen & adult options
Aerial Yoga: Supportive aerial yoga class using hammocks to improve flexibility, mobility, and relaxation. Ages 16+
Trapeze: Aerial workout on a bar combining strength, dynamic movement, and spinning. Not beginner-friendly. Ages 16+
Strength & Stretch: A combination of yoga and strength training focused on building aerial strength and improving flexibility and mobility
Camps: Half-day camp sessions for kids ages 6+. Includes aerial, bungee, flow arts, and more
