What should I wear to my first aerial/bungee class?

We recommend wearing tight-fitting pants and a t-shirt or tank top. More tight-fitting clothing is less likely to get tangled in the fabrics. We also require all students to take off all jewelry, including rings, bracelets and dangling earrings. The ensures of fabrics do not rip and stay safe.

3

What strength/flexibility is required to get started?

There are absolutely no requirements to getting started with aerial arts. We make classes accessible to individuals of all fitness levels and ages. We work with you to build the strength and flexibility you need to succeed. We have had many students start with little-to-no fitness experience who have thrived (and have fun) doing aerial and bungee classes!

4

Is there a weight limit for any of your fitness classes?

Our aerial fabrics can hold over 2,000 pounds, and we can customize your resistance level for bungee fitness to suit any weight. For bungee fitness we recommend stopping by ahead of time if you weight 300 pounds or more to see if you can fit in the harness.

All of our apparatuses are safe for individuals or all shapes and sizes, and even can hold multiple aerialists at a time. Our rigging is attached to steel beams and is inspected regularly.

5

What class/classes do you recommend for complete beginners?

We recommend any of our beginner classes that are offered multiple times per week to individuals looking to get started. If you are uncertain about joining a public class right away, you can schedule a private lesson on any apparatus to try it.
