Why Kids (and Parents) Love our Kids Aerial Programs
Our kids’ aerial classes are designed for students from beginner through advanced levels, and are taught by experienced, safety-focused coaches who specialize in youth aerial development.
Kids love aerial because it’s exciting, creative, and something new to learn every week. Parents love it because it’s structured, progressive, and builds real athletic skills over time. Students develop strength and confidence as they learn new techniques, shapes, transitions, and sequences on both aerial silks and aerial hoop.
Through consistent training, kids gain:
-
Strength, core control, and body awareness
-
Flexibility, coordination, and balance
-
Confidence, bravery, and resilience
-
Creativity and self-expression through movement
-
Friendships, teamwork, and a supportive community
Parents love that aerial channels energy in a positive, structured way. It combines the strength and athleticism of gymnastics with the creativity of dance, making it an ideal movement outlet for kids who want something dynamic, challenging, and fun. For high-energy kids who are always climbing, flipping, or on the move, aerial provides an incredible opportunity to turn that energy into confidence, skill, and pride in what they can accomplish.
As students progress, many also have opportunities to participate in showcases, community performances, and even competitions.

Kids Aerial Schedule & Series
Our kids aerial classes run as weekly series, meaning students attend the same class each week to build skills progressively over time. Each week introduces new skills, drills, and sequences that build on what was learned previously, allowing kids to grow safely and consistently.
Families can join a series at any point. New students are always welcome, and our instructors will help place your child at the appropriate level. Drop-in options and make-ups are available, making it easy to fit aerial into busy schedules.
