Yoga class utilizing aerial hammock to deepen your stretch

This 1-hour class lets you try aerial silks, aerial hoop and trapeze. We promise you fun and flying.

Dance in the air on aerial hoop! No aerial experience required to attend.

Flip, dive, & roll in style. Master dynamic backwards drops. Friday, 11/7 7:30-8:45 PM.

Open practice to work on building routines and practicing skills. Prior aerial experience required.
