Sling Scenes: Aerial Hammock Workshop

Learn mini sequence and unique flows to put in your aerial sling repertoire of skills. Find shapes and tailor these sequences to your body and style with many variations. Prerequisites: inversion from standing on the bottom of the hammock - tagging is okay! This workshop is 90 minutes.

Instructor Bio: Erica started aerials as an elective at LSU back in 2011 while getting her business degree. While at LSU, She performed with LSU’s physical threatre club until graduating and joining Lagniappe Aerial, a dance and aerial performance company in Baton Rouge, LA. Since moving to Austin, TX, Erica has been a high level instructor and regular performer for Sky Candy and Blue Lapis Light. Erica loves to work as a duo partner, but solo she specializes in teaching or performing silks, sling, lyra, and more. She lives by the quote, 'expression is the…
