About the event
This workshop is an introduction to aerial straps (also called aerial loops), a strength-based circus apparatus that focuses on control, conditioning, and dynamic movement in the air. Straps are great for building upper body strength, core stability, and endurance, and are an excellent way to train skills that carry over to silks, hoop, rope, and other aerial apparatuses.
