Our 40+ Aerial Try It Class is a welcoming introduction to aerial arts for adults who are ready to try something new, challenge themselves, and have some fun. You'll learn beginner-friendly aerial skills in a supportive, no-pressure environment while building confidence, strength, and body awareness.
No prior experience, upper body strength, or flexibility is required. Whether you're looking for a unique fitness activity, a creative outlet, or simply an opportunity to step outside your comfort zone, this class is the perfect place to start.
