Please fill out the following form to sign up to perform in the Dazzling Heights showcase at South Dakota Aerial & Arts.
All individuals can sign up to perform one routine at no cost by signing up before February 15, 2025. All late (sign-ups between February 16-March 16, 2025) and additional routine submissions will cost $40 for a solo routine and $60 for a duo. An invoice will be issued for these performances once this form is submitted.
All performers confirm that they will attend a dress rehearsal or a designated practice performance time in their costume prior to the showcase. If a practice performance or the designated dress rehearsal cannot be attended, you acknowledge that you will not be permitted to perform in the showcase and will not be refunded.
Performers are in charge of submitting their own music and intros. Please submit those items in the form below, or email these to info@sdaerialarts.com.
