Whether you are an avid aerialist looking to improve your skills, or you are looking for a dynamic class that will help you feel stretched, relaxed and strong - Strength & Stretch is a great option for you. This is a primarily ground-based class that does not require any aerial or yoga experience. Focus and Goals: This class emphasizes three core elements essential for excelling in aerial arts: strength, mobility, and flexibility. Each session is carefully crafted to enhance your abilities both on the ground and in the air, ensuring you build a strong foundation for mastering aerial techniques. Key Features: Strength: Focus on upper body, core, and leg strength for controlled aerial movements. Mobility: Improve joint flexibility and coordination for seamless transitions. Flexibility: Master splits and backbends to expand aerial repertoire and prevent injuries. Hand Balancing: Develop handstand skills crucial for aerial balance and strength. Back Flexibility: Enhance spinal flexibility for fluid aerial movements. Cancellation Policy

All bookings are processed through Wix Bookings. Spots are reserved immediately upon booking, and cancellations do not automatically generate refunds or credits through the system. Clients are responsible for managing bookings through their confirmation email or Wix account. Cancellation Policy: Due to limited class capacity, all cancellations or reschedules must be completed online at least 12 hours before class start time. Canceling within this window allows class package holders to keep their credit and membership holders to avoid a late cancellation fee. Membership Courtesy Exception: Membership holders may call or text at least 4 hours before class to cancel or reschedule one time per month without penalty. Late Cancellations / No-Shows: If you cancel inside the 12-hour window or do not attend, class package holders will forfeit the class credit and membership holders will be charged a $10 late cancellation fee to the card on file. Refund Policy: Wix does not automatically issue refunds when a booking is canceled. We wish this could be automated, but refund requests must be handled manually. To request a refund, you must cancel your booking properly online before the cancellation window closes and email info@sdaerialarts.com . If you canceled on time through the website but email after the cancellation window, you may still request a refund within 14 days of cancellation. Refund requests after 14 days may still be processed minus a $6 administrative fee. Refunds are not available for late cancellations, no-shows, or bookings not canceled through Wix. Medical/Emergency Exceptions: Email info@sdaerialarts.com with appropriate documentation. Low Enrollment: Classes with only one student signed up may be canceled 2 hours before start time. Students will be notified and credited back. Parties: Group parties may reschedule once. Private parties require a non-refundable deposit (minimum two participants). Second reschedules incur a $30 change fee. Memberships are non-refundable and renew monthly on the original purchase date. All students must complete a liability waiver before attending.
