Join Liz Straub for Grounded Acro & Performing for a Virtual Audience, a workshop designed to help aerialists strengthen both their movement quality and stage presence. Learn how performing for a camera differs from performing for a live audience, including eye focus, spatial awareness, framing, and energy projection. Through grounded acrobatic movement and performance exercises, you'll discover how subtle changes in expression, timing, and intention can dramatically improve how your performance translates on screen. Whether you're preparing for virtual competitions, creating social media content, or simply looking to become a more versatile performer, you'll leave with practical tools you can immediately apply to your training and performances.
