About the event

Explore the geometry behind aerial silks! In this technique-focused workshop, we’ll break down the body positions, angles, and movement patterns behind C-shaping, body rolls, and backflags. Through targeted drills and technical progressions, we’ll explore how body positioning, engagement, and spatial awareness influence each skill, helping you develop more efficient movement, cleaner lines, and greater control in the air. Whether you’re refining familiar skills or exploring new variations, you’ll leave with a deeper understanding of the mechanics behind the shapes—and how to execute them with intention.
