In this high-level dynamic Lyra workshop, we’ll dive into the world of catch-and-release, controlled chaos, and calculated risk. You’ll explore rolls (think armpit, elbow, and beyond), release moves, and a variety of drops that require serious technique, body awareness, and grit. This is the workshop where the “scary stuff” becomes second nature.

We’ll break down each skill with a focus on proper mechanics, safe spotting, and progressive building blocks to ensure confident execution. Expect to challenge your grip, test your timing, and discover the exhilarating edge of what your body can do in the air.

Participants must have:

• A solid, consistent invert

• The ability to hang from the bar for at least 1 minute
