Whether you're preparing for your competition routine, testing out the equipment, or simply looking for extra training time, DAC Open Gym is the perfect opportunity to get familiar with the competition space before the big event.
Use this time to warm up, practice skills, refine transitions, and build confidence before stepping onto the stage.
Available Sessions:
6:00–6:45 PM
6:45–7:30 PM
