Join us for a special Aerial Hammock Workshop with Amber “Bamz,” aerial coach and performer with Eureka Aerial in St. Michael, Minnesota!
In this 90-minute Level 2/3 workshop, you’ll work on sequencing drops, splits, wraps, and transitions together in the hammock. Explore how individual skills can connect into fun combinations while focusing on smooth transitions, creative pathways, and different split shapes and poses throughout your sequences.
This workshop is perfect for intermediate aerialists looking to expand their hammock vocabulary and get more comfortable connecting skills together with intention and flow.
